General terms & conditions

Subject : These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to the services offered by Expérima Services d'Immigration inc. concerning consultation and file preparation for immigration projects in Canada.

Booking a consultation: Clients can book their initial consultation online via the Calendly platform integrated into our website.

Fees: The initial consultation is charged at a rate of CAD$140, payable in full at the time of booking.

Changes, cancellations and refunds: Customers have the right to cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the date and time of the scheduled consultation in order to receive a full refund.

Cancellations or modifications can be made directly online via the Calendly platform.

To do so, please refer to the consultation booking confirmation email. At the end of this e-mail, click on the link ‘Display the event on Calendly’. Once on the Calendly website, you will see your appointment. Click on Details. You will then have the choice to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment. For any cancellation validated less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the initial amount will be retained.

Responsibility: Experima Immigration Services is committed to providing quality advice and services. However, it is understood that we are not responsible for final decisions made by Canadian immigration authorities.

Confidentiality : All information provided by clients will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the client.

Modifications to the T&Cs : Experima Services d'Immigration reserves the right to modify the present T&Cs at any time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are published on the website.
